Terms of Use
These terms apply to the mobile game 2048X (the "App") by Emrah Ateş (atess.dev). On iOS, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies. The App is free to play; purchases are optional.
1. Premium subscription
- Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, offered weekly or monthly. The price is shown in the App before you buy.
- While it is active you get: 100 coins every day, double rewards (daily, level, quest, achievement, streak, chest and new-record rewards, and surprise gifts), the premium themes, and surprise gifts without watching an ad.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancel at any time: in the App (Shop → Manage subscription), on iOS in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, on Android in Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Premium stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
- On a new device, Shop → Restore purchases (iOS) or signing in to Google Play with the same account (Android) restores an active subscription.
2. Coins and boosters
Coins, boosters and the starter pack are virtual items for use in the App only. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred, and are licensed to you, not sold. Coins can also be earned by playing.
3. Refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and refunds follow their policies: reportaproblem.apple.com · Google Play refunds.
4. Fair play and changes
Do not modify the App or manipulate its data or purchases. We may update the App, its content and its balance (for example rewards and prices) over time. The App is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law; nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Kullanım Koşulları
Bu koşullar Emrah Ateş (atess.dev) tarafından yayımlanan 2048X mobil oyunu ("Uygulama") için geçerlidir. iOS'ta Apple'ın Standart Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi de geçerlidir. Uygulama ücretsiz oynanır; satın almalar isteğe bağlıdır.
1. Premium abonelik
- Premium, haftalık veya aylık sunulan, otomatik yenilenen bir aboneliktir. Fiyat, satın almadan önce Uygulamada gösterilir.
- Abonelik etkinken: her gün 100 coin, iki kat ödüller (günlük, seviye, görev, başarım, seri, sandık ve yeni rekor ödülleri ile sürpriz hediyeler), premium temalar ve reklam izlemeden sürpriz hediyeler.
- Ödeme, satın almayı onayladığınızda Apple Hesabınızdan veya Google hesabınızdan alınır. Abonelik, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse aynı süre ve fiyatla otomatik yenilenir.
- İstediğiniz zaman iptal edebilirsiniz: Uygulamada (Mağaza → Aboneliği yönet), iOS'ta Ayarlar → [adınız] → Abonelikler, Android'de Google Play → Profil → Ödemeler ve abonelikler → Abonelikler. Premium, ödediğiniz dönemin sonuna kadar etkin kalır.
- Yeni bir cihazda Mağaza → Satın alımları geri yükle (iOS) veya aynı hesapla Google Play'de oturum açmak (Android) etkin aboneliği geri getirir.
2. Coin'ler ve güçlendiriciler
Coin'ler, güçlendiriciler ve başlangıç paketi yalnızca Uygulama içinde kullanılan sanal öğelerdir. Nakit değerleri yoktur, paraya çevrilemez veya devredilemez; size satılmaz, kullanım lisansı verilir. Coin'ler oynayarak da kazanılır.
3. İade
Satın almalar Apple veya Google tarafından işlenir ve iadeler onların politikalarına tabidir: reportaproblem.apple.com · Google Play iadeleri.
4. Adil oyun ve değişiklikler
Uygulamayı değiştirmeyin, verilerini veya satın almalarını manipüle etmeyin. Uygulamayı, içeriğini ve dengesini (örneğin ödüller ve fiyatlar) zamanla güncelleyebiliriz. Uygulama, kanunun izin verdiği ölçüde "olduğu gibi" sunulur; bu koşullar yasal tüketici haklarınızı sınırlamaz.
